Dropped: Macbook Pro 13 inch.. What should I do ?

Never open up any electronic item if you are not a trained or authorised personnel. Better to go to an Apple centre to fix it up. If you are not so bothered about the outer appearance and still the performance is unaffected, you can use it as such.
