I have been overplucking for 9 months, will my eyebrow hair grow back?

I am a guy, I have thick eyebrows that turn into a unibrow if I don't pluck them every other day. I been plucking for 6 years and my unibrow zone still has thick hairs growing there. My concern is, 9 months ago I began spacing them about a quarter of an inch inwards away from each other. It doesn't look bad but it also doesn't look natural. I want to grow back that quarter of an inch, will this be possible after 9 months of overplucking?
