PG-13 horror movies & sites to watch movies for free?

Ok so ya besically I need movie titles that are scary but only rated pg-13. I've already seen the ring 1 and 2, the grudge, the sixth sense, the uninvited, 1408, the skeleton key, and a few others. Also any websites that I could watch them for free. Thx so much :)
