I do have a couple of spots on my armpit and how am i gonna get them out.?

i do have a couple of spots on my armpit and the trouble is they had grew inwards rather than outwards. at this stage they are as big as blisters but i can feel them but i can see them. the trouble is i really hate hospitals. is there any natural remedy that i could use to sort this out. it aches a little bit
