What's an easy way to level up destruction skills on Oblivion for PS3?

Destruction is one of the hardest magic skills to level since you must actually damage an enemy for it to count towards progression. The simplest way I found is to level it alongside conjuration. Summon an enemy, and kill them with destruction magic, rinse and repeat. Create a very weak fire spell and summoning anything strong against the element is the easiest way to try to grind out higher levels.
