How to get a hard copy of the po2 and 3 manual for the navy?

I am in sea cadets, and I really dont like looking at pdf files all the time on the computer, so I was curious of how to get a hard copy of these manuals for either free or little cost. I have tried to get them from my commanding officer, and he doesnt have any. we use the same work the us navy does, so I need the same manual. Please HELP!
