I would like to know if tricare covers birth control& if I could get it at planned parenthood?

I am going to be 18 soon and I'd like to be on the pill. My insurance with tricare is because my father served in the navy for 20yrs so I would like to know if I can get the birth control pill I want while being a student in college am I still covered under his insurance or would I have to pay this myself also would I have to pay the doctor bill too or would that be covered also? Please and thank you!
