Is there a way to fix my lazy eye/squint?

The answer is simply, "yes," however it does vary case by case. What would most likely occur is that you would undergo LASIK surgery in the lazy eye to correct the vision and sometimes that corrects amblyopia (lazy eye). If the LASIK surgery does not correct the amblyopia you can have corrective surgery that fixes it. These are costly procedures and almost all insurance companies do not cover "cosmetic" surgeries.
