Navy(active duty marrying FTS?)?

I am active duty in the Navy, my fiance is FTS in the Navy. I am getting stationed in California in a few months. He will be in Maryland until 2014. When we decide to marry will he get to relocate to where I am, or will I get stationed where he is?
