Second bicuspid ? leaning inwards....?
Sounds like you have what is called a blocked out tooth and that is due to not enough space for the tooth to align properly with the rest of the arch. Lack of space is usually due to constricted arches or a jaw that did not grow properly and is under sized. A single tooth that is crooked is not likely to cause TMJ problems. The most common cause of TMJ disorders are deep overbites, bad bites (many teeth not just one), and Class II jaws (aka retruded chins). BTW, if you ever decide to have your TMJ problem fixed, avoid oral surgeons and traditional orthodontists, trust me.
