Would it be better to join military special forces through rotc or as an enlisted?

You would have better odds getting selected through enlisted than ROTC for a SEAL spot. There are only 14 SEAL officers selected across the U.S. each year. If you think of the amount of Midshipmen that want a spec. war commission, your odds would be better going through enlisted.
