Wtf. my lazy eye has come back HELP?

omg, when i was like 9/10 i had an eye operation for my left eye that went inwards when i was tired, i had a operation to tightend the muscles and it worked, although i didnt wear my glasses at all and havent even since, ive had no problem with it... although when i go to shops and look and jewelry i have it and i can feel it, a day ago i woke up and i could feel my eye going inwards, when i make my eye go into its natural place everything is blurred then when i relax it , its goes inwards but it still aches OMG why the hell has it come back
