Just GIRLS , why some boys sometimes react like that ?

one day a guy pushed me than I punched him right in the nuts and his eyes kinda roolled inwards ( like when you try to see your onw nose) at the moment of the impact of his nuts, it was really weird .Have you seen this type of reaction before in movies or real life??
