What's a better tuition plan for the Military?

Hey I am trying to join the Navy, I'm 18 and I am just wondering what is the best thing for me to do. I need the most help I can get for school. Can anyone tell me the best thing to do? Or explain to me what is the difference between all the help offers to the military service members? I am a little lost in all of this. Thanks for all you help :)
